We took the time to think about who was kind to us, then wrote them a thank you letter, or made them a thank you card.

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am so excited to be working with you and your child this academic school year. It's going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures. I can't wait to see what the year has in store for us! I thought you might like to know a little bit about me.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Patrick. We have two daughters. Ira, who is a little over 3 years old, and Kylie, who is a little over 1 years old. We also have two dogs, Reba and Chief, and five chickens that are finally laying eggs! They take up most of my free time, but some hobbies that I enjoy are laughing with my family, gardening, camping, hiking, fishing, quilting, and crafting.
We live in Sheridan, but I am originally from Butte, Montana. My husband was born and raised in the area, and he hooked me on the small town lifestyle! Right out of college, my husband and I went to teach in rural Alaska for two years, and we are happy to be home!
This will be my fifth year teaching, and third year teaching here in Sheridan. I am happy to be back into the 5th grade classroom helping your child grow to his/her greatest potential! I teach with enthusiasm for learning, and I teach with a passion for my subjects so that my students develop a desire to become life-long learners.
